Where The Antibody Society does not hold the Copyright, permission for reproduction on The Antibody Society website was obtained from the appropriate sources.
1.2. No part of The Antibody Society website may be reproduced without written permission of The Antibody Society or appropriate sources from which The Antibody Society obtained reproduction rights.
1.3. Incorporation of member contributions to web pages of The Antibody Society is subject to review prior to clearance for inclusion. This will involve review by the Acting Editor of the Website and additional reviewers, if necessary.
1.4. The Antibody Society will only consider member contributions when this is copyright free or is without any obligation to The Antibody Society.
2. Privacy – Security
2.1. Information collected from you, such as contact details for email correspondence, will be used by The Antibody Society for administrative or other important purposes, e.g., maintaining contact regarding improvements in member benefits, notice of Society-sponsored workshops, meetings or symposia, or changes to The Antibody Society web site.
2.2. The means by which The Antibody Society will contact you will be e-mail and only in exceptional circumstances by means of telephone or mail.
2.3. We will NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PASSWORD or CREDIT CARD NUMBER in our e-mails to you, and you should never supply us by e-mail with your PASSWORD or CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
2.4. We will NEVER ADD ATTACHEMENTS to our e-mails to you. Likewise, you should never supply us with attachments when using e-mail unless it has been mutually prearranged.
2.5. Your information will not be given to third parties unless you gave consent upon joining The Antibody Society. At any time this option can be changed by contacting us.
2.6. The Antibody Society employs a secure connection (SSL) for submission of your membership information to our database. You should see ’https://’ in the browser address bar and, depending on the browser you use, there may be a padlock in the bottom left of the screen. Right clicking on the padlock will reveal the security certificate.
3. Renewal of annual memberships
Memberships in The Antibody Society are renewed on an annual basis. Memberships paid by credit card will automatically renew unless we are informed that renewal is not desired. Please contact us at email@example.com to disable automatic renewal.
