The Antibody Society (TAbS) has a number of programs and activities that we develop and host. Please see a description of our activities and links to access our materials below.
Educational Resource Development
TAbS develop educational resources such as our YAbS database, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and YouTube videos. Our webinars and podcasts air at least once per month and include topics such as Antibody Discovery and Development, Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire Studies, and more!
Meetings
TAbS plays a vital role as scientific advisors for various meetings:
- Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics EU and US
- NextGen BioMed
- Pharmaceutical BioScience Society (PBSS)
These events focus on the presentation of outstanding science and provide excellent opportunities for networking among our members.
Competitions
Every year, TAbS organizes three competitions: James S. Huston Antibody Science Talent Award, the Research Competition, and the Science Writing Competition. These competitions recognize students, postdocs, and early career research scientists within the antibody engineering and therapeutics field. Winners receive cash prizes and opportunities to attend and present at conferences where TAbS has a presence.
